Saturday, July 17th, 2010 - A Day in Yankee Boy Basin and an Evening in Ouray
This is probably one of the craziest places to go see the wild flowers.
You can drive right up to it, and walk out into the fields, and just get lost among them all.

She noticed the line of snow (a cornice) on the mountain in the distance, and I snapped a couple shots
Yankee Boy Basin behind us, on our way back down
Once we got back down, we hung out in Ouray for the evening;
checking out shops, meeting new friends, etc...
